2. If you have signed up for retreat and have not paid, PLEASE PAY ME NOW. You can bring your money to exam time fellowship on Friday. If you can’t make it, pass it on to a friend, or contact Hongyi to arrange a meeting time.

3. Also, if you are coming to retreat please remember to bring warm clothing, a sleeping bag and snow clothing back with you! This will ensure you have a WARM, fun weekend.

3. Small group leaders are required for retreat! It is an excellent opportunity to be challenged as a leader, to lead discussion and to get to know a small group of people personally. If you feel like God is leading you to serve in this way, please answer these questions: 1) What is the gospel? 2) Tell me about how you became a Christian. 3) Why do you want to be a small group leader?  Email your responses to retreat.kccf@gmail.com by DECEMBER 31st!

4. Worship team members are also needed! If you want to serve on the worship team for retreat, please fill out these questions and email sammscheng@gmail.com by DECEMBER 31ST, 2011. 1) What is the gospel? 2) How does the gospel relate to why you worship God? 3) Why do you want to lead others to worship? As in, what is the importance of ‘leading worshippers’ to you? 4) What is the position on the worship team you’re applying for?

After you register, you have 7 days to pay or your registration will be deleted. You can pay by cash or cheque (made payable to Kingston Chinese Christian Fellowship) and hand it into anybody on committee. (please and thank you!)

The early bird cost is $125 (register AND pay by Dec 1)

The regular cost is $135 (SO SIGN UP EARLY!) The last day to register and pay is December 22nd.

We truly hope that money will not prevent you from learning about God with us. As a result, there are 10 subsidies ($40 each) are available, just click YES under “subsidy” on the online registration form.

Here’s what to do if you want to be a small group leader

1) PRAY REALLY HARD about whether or not this is the area in which God has called you to serve

2) email Victoria at victoria.e.ting@gmail.com with two things:

a) a brief description of your past year and why you think God is calling you to serve at retreat

b) What the gospel means to you
