Hellooo, KCCF !

This proxy vote is for people who will NOT be at KCCF on Feb 5th, as a way to represent them/make sure that everyone gets their vote. If you will be here, there is no need to do this proxy vote. If you are doing the proxy vote, please read through all the guidelines carefully. Thank you!

Guidelines:
1) You are only allowed to submit 1 vote per person. If you are present at KCCF on Feb 5th during the voting time alloted in the program, your proxy vote will be void.
2) We require you to write down your name in your reply so that we can ensure the integrity of the proxy ballot (just to make sure that everyone votes only once).
3) Your proxy ballot will be reviewed by Chris Ng, Melissa Lam and Cindy Kwong. Your name and your selections will be treated in confidence.
4) Submission of a ballot must take place BEFORE 11:59pm on February 5th.
5) To submit a ballot simply email kingston.ccf@gmail.com with the names of those you have selected (see below for the names). Make sure you indicate your own name.
6) We encourage you to review the Nomination Committee explanation document (check the post below) if you have any questions. Feel free to email kingston.ccf@gmail.com if you have any further inquiries.
7) You may submit a ballot only if you are a member of KCCF (see nomination committee document for further explanation - check the post below).

Before voting, we ask that you spend some time praying over these people and discern God’s will for them. Although this is process seems incredible technical, it is also incredibly spiritual. We ask that you keep Christ in mind as you make your selections.
